This is the incomplete rom image that was created by Sony. You know, the one that doesn't work that's been circulating.

This ROM image WILL NOT WORK. If you try to flash your PSP with this image, you will turn your PSP into a brick (a.k.a. unfunctional). This will require you to send your PSP back to Sony Entertainment to get it fixed, and THIS IS NOT FREE.
